Revocations

regulation 2 + 2.—(1) The instrument listed in Part 1 of the Schedule is revoked to the extent specified.

(2) The instruments in Part 2 of the Schedule are revoked in their entirety.

(3) In the Schedule—

regulation 2 3 a + (a)Part 1 lists subordinate legislation;

regulation 2 3 b + (b)Part 2 lists assimilated law.
