Citation, commencement and extent

regulation 1 + 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Ivory Prohibitions (Exemptions) (Process and Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 2025.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 15th May 2025.

(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
