regulation 19 + 19.  In regulation 61 (Treasury licences)—

regulation 19 a + (a)in paragraph (1) omit “, regulation 16 (UK credit or financial institutions) and regulation 21 (investments in relation to crude oil and electricity production)”; and

regulation 19 b + (b)omit paragraph (2)(b) (and the “and” which precedes it).
