regulation 15 + 15.  In regulation 45 (brokering services: non-UK activity relating to gold, precious metals or diamonds)—

regulation 15 a + (a)in paragraphs (1) and (2) for “a Syrian regime person”, in each place it occurs, substitute “the Governing Authority of Syria”;

regulation 15 b + (b)omit paragraph (4);

regulation 15 c + (c)in paragraph (5)—

regulation 15 c i + (i)for “paragraph (2)” substitute “paragraph (1) or (2)”; and

regulation 15 c ii + (ii)for “that paragraph” substitute “paragraph (1) or (2) (as the case may be)”.
