Site information
schedule paragraph 4 4.—(1) The site information is any carbon storage information (other than the survey information or a CO2 storage model) which relates to a matter specified in sub-paragraph (2).
(2) The matters mentioned in sub-paragraph (1) are—
schedule paragraph 4 2 a (a)the subsurface;
schedule paragraph 4 2 b (b)the geology of the strata;
schedule paragraph 4 2 c (c)the geological formation of—
schedule paragraph 4 2 c i (i)a hydraulic unit,
schedule paragraph 4 2 c ii (ii)a storage site, or
schedule paragraph 4 2 c iii (iii)a storage complex;
schedule paragraph 4 2 d (d)the chemical composition of a fluid occurring naturally in—
schedule paragraph 4 2 d i (i)a hydraulic unit,
schedule paragraph 4 2 d ii (ii)a storage site, or
schedule paragraph 4 2 d iii (iii)a storage complex;
schedule paragraph 4 2 e (e)how CO2 behaves, or may behave, in—
schedule paragraph 4 2 e i (i)a hydraulic unit,
schedule paragraph 4 2 e ii (ii)a storage site, or
schedule paragraph 4 2 e iii (iii)a storage complex;
schedule paragraph 4 2 f (f)how CO2 may migrate;
schedule paragraph 4 2 g (g)the assessment of the integrity of any well in a storage site or a storage complex.
