Interpretation
schedule paragraph 1 1.—(1) In this Schedule “CO2 storage model”, in relation to a storage complex or a potential storage complex (the “relevant complex”), means a computerised model which——
schedule paragraph 1 1 a (a)provides a spatial representation of the distribution of the following in the relevant complex—
schedule paragraph 1 1 a i (i)sediment;
schedule paragraph 1 1 a ii (ii)rock;
schedule paragraph 1 1 a iii (iii)wells (if any), and
schedule paragraph 1 1 b (b)simulates the flow of fluids in the relevant complex.
(2) In this Schedule the following terms have the meanings given by Article 3 of the CS Storage Directive (and cognate expressions are to be construed accordingly)—
term corrective measure “corrective measure”;
term hydraulic unit “hydraulic unit”;
term leakage “leakage”;
term migration “migration”;
term significant irregularity “significant irregularity”;
term storage complex “storage complex”;
