Citation, commencement and application

regulation 1 + 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Local Reviews) (Scotland) Regulations 2025 and come into force on 9 June 2025.

(2) These Regulations apply to reviews conducted by virtue of section 43A(8)(a) or (b) of the Act where notice of review is given on or after 9 June 2025.
