Citation, commencement and interpretation

regulation 1 + 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Amendment) (Scotland) Act 2025 (Commencement No. 1 and Saving and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2025 and come into force on 10 May 2025.

(2) In these Regulations—

term the act + “the Act” means the Social Security (Amendment) (Scotland) Act 2025, and

term the 2018 act + “the 2018 Act” means the Social Security (Scotland) Act 2018(1).
