Provisions coming into force on 11 April 2025

article 2 + 2.  The following provisions of the Act come into force on 11 April 2025 in relation to Welsh NHS premises—

article 2 a + (a)section 119(4) (offence of causing nuisance or disturbance on NHS premises);

article 2 b + (b)section 120(5) and (6) (power to remove person causing nuisance or disturbance);

article 2 c + (c)section 121(1) to (3), (5) and (6) (guidance about the power to remove etc.).
