Removal of a CME record: child becomes registered pupil

regulation 8 + 8.  Where a pilot local authority becomes aware that a child whose name is included in the CME database has become a registered pupil, the pilot local authority must remove that child’s CME record from the CME database as soon as is reasonably practicable.
