Title, commencement, expiry and application

regulation 1 + 1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Children Act 2004 (Children Missing Education Database) (Pilot) (Wales) Regulations 2025.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 8 April 2025 and cease to have effect on 8 April 2026.

(3) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
