Amendment of the Trade in Animals and Related Products (Amendment and Legislative Functions) and Animal Health (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Wales) (EU Exit) Regulations 2022

article 2 + 2.—(1) The Trade in Animals and Related Products (Amendment and Legislative Functions) and Animal Health (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Wales) (EU Exit) Regulations 2022(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 18 (modifications to directive 2009/156), for paragraph (6)(e)(ii) substitute—

“(ii)in point (a), for “in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 21(3)” there were substituted “by an Order made by the Welsh Ministers under section 10 of the Animal Health Act 1981”.
