Title, coming into force and interpretation

article 1 + 1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Development Procedure (Consultees) (Wales) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2025.

(2) It comes into force on 21 April 2025.

(3) In this Order–

term the 2012 order + “the 2012 Order” (“Gorchymyn 2012”) means the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012(1);

term the 2016 order + “the 2016 Order” (“Gorchymyn 2016”) means the Developments of National Significance (Procedure) (Wales) Order 2016(2).
