Title, extent, application and coming into force

regulation 1 + 1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Food (Promotion and Presentation) (Wales) Regulations 2025.

(2) These Regulations—

regulation 1 2 a + (a)extend to England and Wales;

regulation 1 2 b + (b)apply in relation to Wales, but not in relation to the territorial waters adjacent to Wales.

(3) These Regulations come into force on 26 March 2026.
