Amendment of the Feed Additives (Authorisations) and Uses of Feed Intended for Particular Nutritional Purposes (Amendment of Commission Regulation (EU) 2020/354) (Wales) Regulations 2024

regulation 2 + 2.—(1) The Feed Additives (Authorisations) and Uses of Feed Intended for Particular Nutritional Purposes (Amendment of Commission Regulation (EU) 2020/354) (Wales) Regulations 2024(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2(1), in the English language text, for “Regulation 767/2009” substitute “Regulation (EC) No 767/2009”.

(3) In regulation 4(1), in the Welsh language text, for “a Rheoliadau diwygio” substitute “ac sy’n diwygio Rheoliadau”.
