Title and interpretation

article 1 + 1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2025.

term the act + (2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016.
