Interpretation

regulation 2 + 2.  In these Regulations—

term approvers regulations + “Approvers Regulations” (“RheoliadauCymeradwywyr”) means the Building (Registered Building Control Approvers etc.) (Wales) Regulations 2024(1);

term building notice + “building notice” (“hysbysiad adeiladu”) has the meaning given by regulation 2 of the Building Regulations;

term building regulations + “Building Regulations” (“RheoliadauAdeiladu”) means the Building Regulations 2010(2);

term building work + “building work” (“gwaith adeiladu”) has the meaning given by regulation 3(1) of the Building Regulations;

term full plans + “full plans” (“planiau llawn”) has the meaning given by regulation 2 of the Building Regulations;

term initial notice + “initial notice” (“hysbysiad cychwynnol”) has the meaning given by section 47(1)(a) of the Building Act 1984;

term local authority + “local authority” (“awdurdod lleol”) means a county council or county borough council in Wales.
