Citation, commencement and extent

article 1 + 1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (Legal Aid: Domestic Abuse) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2025 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales.
