Citation, commencement and extent

regulation 1 + 1.  These Regulations—

regulation 1 a + (a)may be cited as the Childcare (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2025,

regulation 1 b + (b)come into force on 9th June 2025, and

regulation 1 c + (c)extend to England and Wales.
