Citation, commencement, extent and application

regulation 1 + 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Agriculture (Delinked Payments) (Reductions) (England) Regulations 2025.

(2) They—

regulation 1 2 a + (a)come into force on the day which falls 21 days after the date on which they are made;

regulation 1 2 b + (b)extend to England and Wales but apply in relation to England only.
