schedule paragraph 4 + 4.  For paragraph 16 substitute—

Modification to regulation 23 (referral of case to misconduct proceedings)

16.  Regulation 23 is to be read as if—

(a)paragraphs (1) to (8) were omitted, and

(b)paragraphs (10) to (12) were omitted.”.
