Amendment to paragraph 38 (modification to regulation 61)

schedule paragraph 11 + 11.  In paragraph 38, after sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa)in paragraph (11)(b), after “regulation 51(1)” there were inserted “or (1A)”;”.
