Amendments to regulation 49 (third stage meeting under regulation 48)

regulation 55 + 55.—(1) Regulation 49 is amended as follows.

(2) In the heading, for “third stage meeting” substitute “second stage meeting”.

(3) In paragraph (1)—

regulation 55 3 a + (a)in the opening words, for “third stage meeting” substitute “second stage meeting”;

regulation 55 3 b + (b)in sub-paragraph (a), for “third stage meeting” substitute “second stage meeting”.

(4) In paragraph (2)—

regulation 55 4 a + (a)for “third stage meeting” substitute “second stage meeting”;

regulation 55 4 b + (b)for “final written improvement notice” substitute “written improvement notice”.
