Amendments to regulation 30 (assessment following second stage meeting)

regulation 37 + 37.—(1) Regulation 30 is amended as follows.

(2) In the heading, for “second stage meeting” substitute “first stage meeting”.

(3) In paragraph (1)—

regulation 37 3 a + (a)in the opening words—

regulation 37 3 a i + (i)for “final written improvement notice” substitute “written improvement notice”;
