Amendments to regulation 10 (reference to certain periods)

regulation 24 + 24.—(1) Regulation 10 is amended as follows.

(2) For paragraph (2) substitute—

“(2) The regulations are—

(a)regulation 17(6A), and

(b)regulation 46(7A) and (8)(a)(i).”.

(3) In paragraph (4), for “under”, in the second place it occurs, substitute “in accordance with”.
