Citation, commencement and extent

regulation 1 + 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Conduct, Performance and Complaints and Misconduct) (Amendment) Regulations 2025 and come into force on 28th May 2025.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
