Transfer of functions to the Secretary of State

article 3 + 3.  The functions of the Minister for the Cabinet Office under the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018(1) are transferred to the Secretary of State.
