Citation, commencement and extent

regulation 1 + 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trials) (Amendment) Regulations 2025.

(2) These Regulations come into force 12 months after the day on which they are made.

(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
