Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(1)
term the act The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 20(1) and (2) and 49(2) of the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022(1) (“the Act”), makes the following Regulations.
In accordance with section 32(1)(a) and (b) of the Act, the Lady Chief Justice and the Senior President of Tribunals agree to the making of these Regulations.
A draft of these Regulations has been laid before Parliament in accordance with sections 20(4) and 49(3) of the Act and has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
