regulation 9 + 9.  In regulation 23 (interpretation of Part 3)—

regulation 9 a + (a)in paragraph (1)—

regulation 9 a i + (i)in the definition of “branch” omit sub-paragraph (a);

regulation 9 a ii + (ii)omit the definition of “UK credit or financial institution”;

regulation 9 b + (b)in paragraph (2)—

regulation 9 b i + (i)omit sub-paragraph (b) (and the “and” which precedes it); and

regulation 9 b ii + (ii)for “are to be read” substitute “is to be read”.
