Amendments to regulation 3 (application of prohibitions and requirements outside of the United Kingdom)

regulation 4 + 4.  In regulation 3 (application of prohibitions and requirements outside of the United Kingdom)—

regulation 4 a + (a)in paragraph (2) omit “or a prohibition imposed by a condition of an aircraft licence,”;

regulation 4 b + (b)omit paragraph (3)(d); and

regulation 4 c + (c)in paragraph (5) omit “or a requirement imposed by a condition of an aircraft licence,”.
