regulation 17 + 17.  In regulation 58 (trade: exceptions from further prohibitions)—

regulation 17 a + (a)Omit paragraphs (1) and (2);

regulation 17 b + (b)in paragraph (4)—

regulation 17 b i + (i)for “the chemical weapons programme of the Syrian regime”, substitute “chemical weapons in Syria”;

regulation 17 b ii + (ii)in sub-paragraph (b) omit “, insofar as it relates to military goods”; and

regulation 17 c + (c)in paragraph (5) omit the definitions of “aviation fuel and aviation fuel additives” and “non-Syrian aircraft”.
