Amendments to regulation 48 (provision of interception and monitoring services)

regulation 16 + 16.  In regulation 48 (provision of interception and monitoring services), in paragraph (1) and (3) for “the Syrian regime”, in both places it occurs, substitute “the Governing Authority of Syria”.
