regulation 11 + 11.  In regulation 38 (transport of military goods, crude oil and petroleum products)—

regulation 11 a + (a)in the heading, omit “, crude oil and petroleum products”;

regulation 11 b + (b)omit paragraph (2);

regulation 11 c + (c)omit paragraph (3)(a);

regulation 11 d + (d)in paragraph (4) for “Paragraphs (1) and (2) are” substitute “Paragraph (1) is”;

regulation 11 e + (e)in paragraph (5) omit “or (2)” in both places it occurs; and

regulation 11 f + (f)in paragraph (6) omit the definition of “non-UK country”.
