Citation, commencement and extent

regulation 1 + 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 2025 and come into force on 15th May 2025.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.
