Amendment of regulation 61

regulation 14 + 14.—(1) Regulation 61 (trade: exception for emergencies in certain cases) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (1A)(d), after “G7 dependency and further goods” insert “etc.”.

(3) After paragraph (1A)(d) insert—

“(da)in Chapter 4M (Russia’s vulnerable goods etc.);

(db)in Chapter 4N (sectoral software and technology);”.
