Amendment of the Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products Regulations 2010 in relation to Northern Ireland
regulation 2 2.—(1) Schedule 1 to the Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products Regulations 2010 (declaration of conformity) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 4—
regulation 2 2 a (a)after “in the table.” insert “The measures listed in the table below refer to those measures as they have effect in EU law, as amended or replaced from time to time.”;
regulation 2 2 b (b)for the table, substitute—
