PART 2CONDITIONS

Colour of structures

schedule 12 part 2 paragraph 7 + 7.—(1) The undertaker must colour all structures yellow (colour code RAL 1023) from at least highest astronomical tide to a height directed by Trinity House, or must colour the structure as directed by Trinity House from time to time.

(2) Subject to sub-paragraph (1), unless the MMO otherwise directs, the undertaker must ensure that the remainder of the structures are painted light grey (colour code RAL 7035).
