schedule 11 part 1 paragraph 7 + 7.  The provisions of sections 72 (variation, suspension, revocation and transfer) of the 2009 Act apply to this licence except that the provisions of section 72(7) and (8) relating to the transfer of the licence only apply to a transfer not falling within article 5 (benefit of the Order) of the Order.
