Details of licensed marine activities

schedule 11 part 1 paragraph 4 + 4.  The substances or articles authorised for deposit at sea are—

schedule 11 paragraph 4 a + (a)iron and steel, copper and aluminium;

schedule 11 paragraph 4 b + (b)stone and rock;

schedule 11 paragraph 4 c + (c)concrete;

schedule 11 paragraph 4 d + (d)sand and gravel;

schedule 11 paragraph 4 e + (e)plastic and synthetic material;

schedule 11 paragraph 4 f + (f)material extracted from within the offshore Order limits during construction drilling or seabed preparation for foundation works seabed preparation works and cable installation; and

schedule 11 paragraph 4 g + (g)marine coatings, other chemicals and timber.
