SCHEDULE 11DEEMED MARINE LICENCE UNDER THE 2009 ACT—GENERATION ASSETS
PART 2CONDITIONS
Reporting of impact pile driving
schedule 11 paragraph 27 27.—(1) Only when driven or part-driven pile foundations are proposed to be used as part of the foundation installation the undertaker must provide the following information to the Marine Noise Registry—
schedule 11 paragraph 27 1 a (a)prior to the commencement of each part of construction of the authorised scheme, information on the expected location and expected start and end dates of impact pile driving to satisfy the Marine Noise Registry’s Forward Look requirements; and
schedule 11 paragraph 27 1 b (b)within 12 weeks of completion of impact pile driving for the relevant part of the authorised scheme, information on the locations and dates of impact pile driving to satisfy the Marine Noise Registry’s Close Out requirements.
(2) The undertaker must notify the MMO in writing of the successful submission of Forward Look or Close Out data pursuant to sub-paragraph (1) within seven days of the submission.
(3) For the purpose of this condition, “Forward Look” and “Close Out” mean the requirements as set out in the UK Marine Noise Registry Information Document Version 1 (July 2015) as amended, updated or superseded from time to time.
