Decommissioning

schedule 11 paragraph 24 + 24.—(1) Prior to any decommissioning activities being undertaken the undertaker must submit and secure the written approval of the MMO in consultation with the relevant statutory nature conversation body for a decommissioning mammal protection protocol (Decommissioning MPP).

(2) The Decommissioning MPP must be implemented as approved.
