PART 2CONDITIONS

Piling

schedule 11 paragraph 22 + 22.  In the event that driven or part-driven pile foundations are proposed to be used any such piling must be undertaken in accordance with—

schedule 11 paragraph 22 a + (a)the piling marine mammals mitigation protocol approved under condition 11(1)(l)(ii); and

schedule 11 paragraph 22 b + (b)the sensitive features mitigation plan approved under condition 11(1)(k).
