Timing of monitoring report

schedule 11 paragraph 20 + 20.  Any monitoring report compiled in accordance with the monitoring plans provided under condition 11 must be provided to the MMO no later than four months following completion of the monitoring to which it relates, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the MMO.
