Works outside the Order limits

schedule 10 part 7 paragraph 6 + 6.  If the undertaker proposes to carry out works to the strategic road network that are outside of the Order limits in connection with the authorised development, the undertaker must enter into an agreement with National Highways in respect of the carrying out of these works prior to the commencement of those works.
