schedule 10 part 7 paragraph 4 + 4.  Notwithstanding the limits of deviation permitted pursuant of this Order, no works in carrying out, maintaining or diverting the specified works may be carried out under the strategic road network at a distance within 4 meters of the lowest point of the ground.
