PART 7FOR THE PROTECTION OF NATIONAL HIGHWAYS LIMITED

Insurance

schedule 10 part 7 paragraph 16 + 16.  Prior to the commencement of the specified works the undertaker must effect the public liability insurance with an insurer in the minimum sum of £10,000,000.00 (ten million pounds) in respect of any one claim against any legal liability for damage loss or injury to any property or any person as a direct result of the execution of specified works or use of the strategic road network by the undertaker.
