schedule 10 part 3 paragraph 15 + 15.  Notwithstanding article 55 (service of notices), any plans submitted to National Grid by the undertaker pursuant to paragraph 8 must be submitted using the LSBUD system (https://lsbud.co.uk/) or to such other address as National Grid may from time to time appoint instead for that purpose and notify to the undertaker in writing.
