Arbitration

schedule 10 part 3 paragraph 14 + 14.  Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraphs 6(2), 6(4) and 8 any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and National Grid under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and National Grid, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 46 (arbitration).
