Designation of highways

article 18 + 18.—(1) From the date on which each of the local highways described in columns (1) and (2) of Schedule 4 (designation of highways) is completed and open for traffic that local highway has the designation specified in column (3) of that Schedule.

(2) Notwithstanding Schedule 4, the application of paragraph (1) may be varied or revoked by any instrument made under any enactment which provides for the variation or revocation of such matters.
